District Attorney, Micheal Murray says three felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Barbara Craig, on probation for the felony offense of Criminal Mischief was revoked and sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Timothy Scott Barrow, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building was revoked and sentenced to Sixteen (16) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Adam Lee Franqui, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger and was sentenced to Six (6) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
