For the week of March 8, a total of 3,900 COVID-19 vaccination doses have been allocated for Brownwood, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services official website.

The largest number – 3,000 of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine – has been allocated to Hendrick Medical Center-Brownwood. The United Pharmacy will receive 300 of the same vaccine, while AccelHealth and Jacobs Family Pharmacy will receive 100 doses apiece.

Meanwhile, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department will be the recipient of 400 doses of the Moderna vaccine.
