James Douglas Wolf

James Douglas Wolf, age 57, of Coleman, died Sunday, February 21, 2021 at his residence.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 400 W. Pecan Street, in Coleman. Interment will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home in Coleman. Face coverings are mandatory to attend the service.

Doug was born September 25, 1963 in Coleman to James Wolf and Hazel Bennett Wolf. He grew up in Coleman where he attended school. Doug was a truck driver for different companies driving all over the country. He loved the freedom of seeing different parts of the country and meeting new people. Doug loved all types of trucks. He also enjoyed his pets, fishing, and doing yardwork. Doug loved his family and friends. He was proud of his children and adored his grandchildren. He was always willing to help someone in need.

Doug is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Leon Wolf.

He is survived by his children, James Douglas Wolf, Jr. of Granbury, Michael Bennett Wolf and wife Brittany of Hawkins, and Casey Wolf of Abilene; his grandchildren, Mikayela Jade, McKynzee Hazel, McKinley Inez, Memphys Bennett, Benyn Swindle, Xander James Antquera, and two on the way; his brothers, Larry Luvaul and wife Irene of Washington State, Jeff Wolf of Coleman; and his sister, Jamie Staha and husband Michael of San Antonio.
