T-Mobile on Thursday issued the following press release regarding its new location in Brownwood

Wireless customers have been asking, and now T-Mobile has delivered! The opening of the company’s first retail store in Brownwood, Texas brings a whole new level of freedom and choice to customers in the area. T-Mobile’s new standalone location at 303 W. Commerce Street will allow customers to choose the service plan and devices that best serve their wireless needs – from T-Mobile’s unlimited Essentials and Magenta plans to a line-up of all of today’s best smartphones, tablets, audio devices and accessories.

The recent opening is part of T-Mobile’s continued efforts to serve more people in small towns across America, by expanding its retail footprint. The new Brownwood store expands T-Mobile’s retail locations in West-Central Texas.

“With the opening of a T-Mobile location in Brownwood, it will increase jobs in the Brownwood Area,” said Kim Springfield, Director of Member Services, Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited to have them.”

Network in Brownwood:

T-Mobile has expanded its 5G and 4G LTE coverage in rural Texas, including Brownwood. The T-Mobile 5G network delivers 5G speeds in more places with the first and largest nationwide 5G network, covering more than 270 million people across 1.4 million square miles.

T-Mobile plans on covering 90% of rural Americans with average 5G speeds of 50 Mbps, up to two times faster than broadband on average within the next six years.

Hours:

  • Monday-Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • CLOSED Wednesday & Sunday
