Even though some grass fires have happened in recent days, rain was falling Tuesday morning and remains in the forecast through the weekend. As a result, Brown County Commissioners decided Tuesday morning to leave the Burn Ban off in Brown County for now.   Residents are urged to contact their nearest volunteer fire department to inform them of any planned burns.  Burn bans vary by county.
