The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday morning regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith:
Damonn Steven French, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion, was adjudicated and sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, French pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Sarah Lee Goodman pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Anna Strathy McClain, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
