The San Angelo National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch from Saturday night through Sunday for Brown, Coleman, Callahan and Taylor counties and other counties in West Central Texas shown in blue.
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches possible.
* WHERE…Coke, Runnels, Callahan, Coleman and Brown Counties.
* WHEN…From late Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Roads may become slick and snow packed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rain will switch over to snow by sunrise Sunday morning. Slightly higher elevations across portions of Callahan, Coke, and Runnels counties could see higher snow amounts.
