The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday afternoon regarding felony cases held in 35th District Court with Judge Mike Smith presiding:
Mary Jean Harrell, on probation for two separate felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver, was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jesse Dale Shackleford, on probation for the felony offense of Injury to a Disabled Individual, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Timmy Lee Sims, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
