On Wednesday, Dec. 23, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 54 positive COVID-19 test results, 111 negative, and 53 recoveries.  Of the 54 positives, 17 were PCR, and 37 were antigen. There are currently 16 hospitalized in Brown County.
