The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding:

Douglas Clinton Siddle, on probation for the felony offenses of Assault Family Violence-Occusion – Prior Conviction, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Lacey D. Westerman aka Lacey Diane Beson aka Lacey Diane Benson pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Marc Anthony Luna, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Forgery was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
