During the December 2020 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 32 true bill were returned against 28 individuals, according to the office of District Attorney Micheal Murray.

Those indicted include:

• Mark Herman Kast: Driving while intoxicated
• Frank Greenwood: Online solicitation of a minor
• Terrie Gandy aka Terre Anne Gandy: Possession of a controlled substance
• Ethan Hutchins: Possession of a controlled substance; Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence
• Mathew Guerra aka Matthew Guerra: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – drug free zone
• Joshua Kaine Hamlett: Possession of a controlled substance
• Robert Michael Benson: Possession of a controlled substance
• Robert Oliver Parmer: Failure to register as a sex offender – repeat/habitual offender
• Kristopher Allen Roe: Failure to register as a sex offender with prior conviction
• Hayden Zachary Cox: Theft of a firearm; Possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone
• Ashley Nicole Ellis: Possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone
• David Blake Havens: Possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone – repeat offender; Evading arrest
• Chris Fisher: Possession of a controlled substance
• Brooklyn Michelle Hogrell: Aggravated assault of a public servant
