The City of Brownwood posted the following on its Faceboook page Friday morning:

Crystal Buitron with the Utilities Department has received the 2020 City of Brownwood Core Value “High Five” Award for her excellence in customer service as well as her outstanding commitment to assisting her teammates.

The City of Brownwood Core Values are represented by “I S.E.R.V.E.” standing for Integrity, Service, Excellence, Respect, Vision, and Empathy.
