Four sentenced in 35th District Court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following pre rlease Wednesday morning regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Couty by Judge Stephen Ellis:

* Reynaldo Mendoza pled guilty to the felony offense of Robbery and was sentenced to 13 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division; and Mendozea pled guilty to separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case. Further, Mendoza pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft of a Firearm and was sentenced to 14 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

* Nathan Ray Prosise pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Prosise pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

* Lonnie Dwayne Smith pled guilty to the felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated, Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and Exploitation of the Elderly and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Smith, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault, was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

* Patrick Anthony Lee, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
