Grand Jury indictments for October

During the October 2020 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 45 true bills were returned against 34 individuals. Those indicted are as follows:

* Joshua Daniel Moreno – Evading arrest

* Kip Brown – Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

* Frank Paul Hinojosa – Theft of a firearm

* Frank Paul Hinojosa – Continuous violence against the family

* Payton Brian Blackburn aka Payden Blain Blackburn – Theft of property state jail felony enchancement

* Nina Christine Albo – 2 counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution

* Jessica McGlasson aka Jessica Renee McGlasson – Burglary of a habitation

* Joshua Kaine Hamlett – Possession of a controlled substance

* Taylor Scott Snow – Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – drug free zone

* Taylor Snow – Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver

* Maranda Lynn Rose – Possession of marijuana – drug free zone

* Maranda Lynn Rose – Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – drug free zone

* Tyson Blayne Goins – Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

* Aileen Jennetter Surchik – Driving while intoxicated with a child passenger

* Robin Gene Brady – Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence

* Larry Pierson Jr. – Evading arrest repeat/habitual offender

* Kelsi Lee Lamb – Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver

* Bobby Preston Evans – Possession of a controlled substance

* Shanna Lynn Willboren – Possession of a controlled substance

* Shanna Lynn Willboren – Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence
