Brown County Sheriff’s Report – Oct. 26

On Friday, Oct. 23 at approximately 4:12 p.m., Sgt. Taylor Fletcher, and Deputy Nicolas A. Wood, were dispatched to E. US 377 N. This was in reference to a protective order violation. An individual was arrested for Violation of the Protective Order.

On Friday, Oct. 23, Deputy Simpson handled a call for an unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Deputy Smoot completed a report to have the vehicle entered into NCIC/TCIC.

On Saturday, Oct. 24 deputies were dispatched to an address on CR 159. This was in regards to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, both subjects were located outside the residence. During the investigation, the suspect was detained and placed in the rear of a patrol vehicle to keep from interfering and causing further incidents. It was determined the suspect had pushed the victim down during an argument, in which he was placed in custody and brought to Brown County Jail.

On Saturday, Oct. 24, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was dispatched to the Diamond R Café. This was in regards to a hit and run. It was determined an unknown vehicle had back into the victim’s vehicle and left. Video camera footage is being checked at this time. A report has been made.

On Sunday, Oct. 25 at approximately 6:21 a.m., Brown County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to an unwanted person call at County Road 281. This call for service led to the investigation and arrest of an individual for Possession of Controlled Substance PG3 under 28 grams.
