Shirley Clark of Coleman, Texas passed to be with her Lord Jesus on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 2:48 PM at Holiday Hill Nursing Home at the age of 84 years.

Graveside services were held on Thursday at 10:00 AM at Camp Colorado Cemetery with services under the personal care of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman.

Shirley Ann Brooke was born in Coleman County on April 14, 1936 to James Boyce and Hazel Lucille Bassett Brooke.  She was raised in Coleman County and was a 1953 graduate of Coleman High School. Shirley was a member of the Baptist Church and proud member of the Coleman Fun Bunch.  She loved the outdoors and feeding the deer and outdoor animals was her pure joy.

Shirley was a resident of Abilene working in the banking ledger department for Abilene State Bank for many years. In 1997 she returned to Coleman and worked for First National Bank until her retirement.
