September session of Brown County Grand Jury issues 16 indictments

The September session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned 20 true bills against 16 individuals. Those indicted are as follows:

* James Lee Duvall – online solicitation of a minor, repeat offender

* Christopher Lee Nosek – burglary of a habitation, disaster area enhanced

* Christopher Lee Nosek – stalking

* Raistlin Baily Ibarra – assault family violence, enhanced; disaster area enhanced, repeat offender

* Christopher Lee Nosek – burglary of a habitation, disaster area enhanced

* Jacob Allen Wilder – burglary of a habitation, disaster area enhanced, repeat/habitual offender

* David Amuel Guthrie II – possession of a controlled substance

* Stephen Michael Temple – obstruction or retaliation, repeat offender

* Cody Scott Clark – driving while intoxicated

* Austin Jacobs – sexual assault of a child

* Margaret Marie Harper – CT. I-III: intoxication assault deadly weapon

* Margaret Marie Harper – intoxication manslaughter deadly weapon

* Selso Ortiz Martinez – harassment of public servant repeat/habitual offender

* Corbin Leroy Glen Elison – sexual assault of a child

* Jesus Rodriguez Jr. – CT. I-II aggravated assault with deadly weapon

* Jesus Rodriguez Jr. – assault family violence enhanced disaster area enhancement
