The Heart of Texas VFW Post & Auxiliary will again host a 9/11 Observance and First Responder Breakfast at the VFW Post at 2300 Stephen F. Austin on Friday, Sept. 11. The breakfast is 6 to 8 a.m. with the 9/11 Observance at 7 a.m.
