The Brownwood Municipal Police Association is sponsoring a benefit for Will and Kimberly Holland this Sunday, August 23, at Smitty’s Bar-B-Q, starting at 10:30 am at 708 W. Austin Avenue.  Kimberly is a Corporal in the Criminal Investigation Division of the Brownwood Police Department.  The couple have three daughters.

Will was born with a liver condition that didn’t materialize until he was 17 years old.  On June 10 of this year, Will’s brother, Grey, donated a portion of his liver to Will.  Will has been hospitalized several times and has had to have additional surgeries since the liver donation and must remain in Dallas for an undetermined length of time.

You can help out this family by stopping by Smitty’s Bar-B-Q on Sunday, August 23, starting at 10:30 am and purchasing a plate of food for $8.00.  There will also be a silent auction and live music.
