Jesse D Bilbrey Jr., 71, of Rising Star, Texas passed away on Monday, August 03, 2020 in Temple, Texas.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 8, at 10:00 AM at The First Baptist Church in Rising Star with Mike McGinn officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Rising Star Cemetery in Rising Star, Texas.
