District Attorney, Micheal Murray, says three felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court.  District Judge Stephen Ellis presided.

Jose Perez, pled guilty to felony offense of Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child or Children and was sentenced to Thirty (30) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Morry William Mood aka Morris William Mood, Jr., pied guilty to the felony offense of Possession of   a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Charles Thomas Mason, pied guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Six (6) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
