Kathy McMillan, 72 (Coleman)

Kathy McMillan passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 4:20 pm at her daughter’s home in Bedford, Texas at the age of 72 years.

Services will be Friday at 10:30 am at the Santa Anna Cemetery Pavilion with Rev. Jeff Dean officiating.  Interment will follow with services under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday from 5:00 till 6:30 pm at Henderson Funeral Home.

She was born Katherine Jeanette Ohlhausen February 14, 1948 in McCullough County, Texas to Charlie Henry and Lena Mae Ramsey Ohlhausen.  Kathy was raised in Cross Plains graduating from Cross Plains High School in 1966.  On July 31, 1965 she married Thomas Wayne McMillan in Bangs, Texas and they celebrated 54 years of marriage.  Kathy was a longtime resident of Coleman employed with Shoppin Baskit for 20 plus years and Subway for 12 years.  Upon retirement she moved to Cross Plains.  Kathy was a past member of the Lake Brownwood Lions Club and loved to play Bingo.  She was a member of the Central Baptist Church of Coleman.

Husband – Tommy McMillan, Sr.  of Coleman, Texas

Daughter – Krystal & husband Micah Chavez of Bedford, Texas

2 Sons – Wayne & wife Toni McMillan of Early, Texas

Todd & wife Sherry of Santa Anna, Texas

3 Granddaughters – Heather Walker, Rebeka Chavez, Sidney Becktold

4 Grandsons – Kenneth McMillan, Dustin Becktold, Chase McMillan, Christopher McMillan

5 Great Grandchildren
