Brownwood News – On May 20, 2020 the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 2 negatives and 1 positive test result.

• One positive test result was a healthcare worker. The Health Department is currently working with the healthcare facility to perform contact tracing. The positive result is the third positive received from the May 16th mobile drive through. The remaining results from the mobile drive through test by the National Guard have not been received by the Health Department.

• Two negative test results were from community members not affiliated with the nursing home facility.

The total COVID-19 cases in Brown County is now 55.
