Brownwood News – According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Cody Wayne McElreath, pied guilty to the state felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and Forgery and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
