Brownwood News – According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Joshua Lyon, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, faced a motion to revoke his probation in District Court. After a contested hearing, Judge Stephen Ellis sentenced Lyon to Five (5) Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

According to Brown County Jail records, Lyon is 28 years of age.
