Brownwood News – The Brown County Water Improvement District #1 Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, March 23, at 4:00 pm.  The agenda is below.

Consider and take necessary action on the entering of an order to postpone the District’s Director Election from the May 2, 2020 uniform election date to the November 3, 2020 election date in accordance with the proclamation issued by Governor Greg Abbot, as discussed in Election Advisory No. 2020-12 from Keith Ingram, Director of Elections.

3. Consider and take necessary action on revisions to the District’s original order of election.

4. Hear General Manager report regarding current events.

5. Adjournment.
