Brownwood News – A house in Coleman was destroyed by fire this morning. Coleman firemen got the call at 9:48 am to 3rd Street and Nueces on the west side of town. Fire Chief, Jimmy Watson, tells us the house was fully engulfed when units arrived. One person there was able to escape without injury. No cause has been determined as of yet. Watson said expect smoke to be prevalent in the area most of the day.
