Brownwood News – Brown County Water Improvement District #1 Board of Directors will convene at 4:00 pm Tuesday, March 10, at the Water District Office, 501 E. Baker.  The following business is on the agenda.

4. Approval of Minutes: regular meeting(s) held February 2020
5. Approval of claims and accounts
6. Approval of investment and financial reports

7. Citizens Presentations: Any citizen desiring to address the Board of Directors regarding a matter not included on agenda may do so at this time. The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizen’s presentation form located at the entrance lobby, stating your name, address and topic of presentation. All presentations are limited to five (5) minutes time limit.

8. Update and take necessary action on previous request from Mr. Billy Sneed on approximately 6.13 acres on Lake Brownwood adjacent to his personal property.
9. Consider and take necessary action on request from Mr. Alex Salazar regarding property he has purchased, Lots 3 and 4 Block 29 of Hillcrest Addition in the City of Brownwood;
10. Update and take necessary action on McCartney Island mooring leases.
11. Update on the Notice of Director Election for the District’s Director Election on May 2, 2020.
12. Hear General Manager report regarding current events.
