On Thursday, February 27, the Early Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Rod Martin Group-Setzler Associates Realty at 114 Early Blvd.  The Rod Martin Group-Setzler Associates Realty specializes in Ranch & Lake Properties in Central Texas.

Rodney’s roots run deep in Central Texas and after many years of living and working in the Permian Basin, he made his way back home to Lake Brownwood.  He’s a storyteller at heart and understands the history of the land and the dream of lake and ranch living.   With his vast experience as a builder and contractor, Rodney has the unique ability to quickly assess a home and the needs of his clients. He goes for the “why” with every listing and buy.  He has a passion to see growth in the communities of Central Texas and has lived in Coleman, Comanche and now Lake Brownwood.

If you can’t catch him out in the back roads of the area looking at properties, you will find him at his dock fishing or playing his guitar.  Rodney works with both buyers and sellers, specializing in recreational ranch and lake properties.  His team shares his passion about Central Texas.
