Brownwood News – V.F.W. Post 3278 and Auxiliary will have their Cherry Pie Auction Fundraiser this Friday, February 7th. They will raise money by holding a Fish Fry on Friday at the V.F.W. Post, 2300 Stephen F. Austin.
The meal will consist of fried fish, coleslaw, beans, hush puppies, red sauce and tartar sauce. $10 per plate.
Advance orders can be made by calling the VFW at 646-8113. Pre-order before Friday.
Delivery will be available in Brownwood and Early beginning at 10:30 am Friday. For delivery call the same number, 646-8113. Dine-in at the VFW Post begins at 12 Noon and goes until 1:00 pm.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support area youth sports activities, in particular, the Cherry Pie Auction which is coming up Saturday, February 15. The auction benefits youth sports in Brown County.
