Brownwood News – The Brownwood Lions have been placed into District 5, Region 2, Conference 4A Division 1 for the next two years of football competition.  In the district with Brownwood will be Alvarado, Midlothian Heritage, Stephenville, Waco La Vega and Waxahachie Life.

In basketball, Brownwood will be in District 6 with Gatesville, Glen Rose, Lampasas and Stephenville.

In volleyball, Brownwood will be in District 6 with Gatesville, Glen Rose, Lampasas and Stephenville.

Early will be in District 3 of Conference 3A Division 1 for football with Breckenridge, Clyde, San Angelo TLC, Jim Ned and Wall.

Bangs will be in District 2 of Conference 3A Division 2 for football with Ballinger, Brady, Ingram Moore, San Angelo Grape Creek and Sonora.

Coleman will be in District 4 of Conference 2A Division 1 for football with Cisco, De Leon, Goldthwaite, San Saba and Winters.

Districts are likely different for basketball and volleyball in the various classifications.
