Brownwood News –  Traffic was being slowed just before noon Tuesday in Early.  Brown County Police Dispatch received a report of oil spilled on Early Boulevard at CC Woodson.  Early Police and Fire were sent to the intersection and to Highway 183 North and Early Boulevard to direct traffic.  The oil was apparently also spilled on 183 North near the Heartland Mall.  Crews from TxDOT arrived at the scene to place material on the oil.  Crews were still at the scene as of 12:45 pm.
