Robert Lloyd Simmons, age 62, of Lake Brownwood passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at home.

Graveside Services for Robert will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2019, at the Windham Cemetery with Kelly Crenshaw officiating. No visitation will be held.

Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Robert was born on September 16, 1957, to Jesse Earl Simmons and Tula Lee (Purcell) Simmons in Ranger, Texas.

Robert is survived by his mother, Tula Simmons of Lake Brownwood; 2 brothers, Tommy Simmons of Lake Brownwood and John Simmons of Lake Brownwood; 1 daughter, Misty Dawn Simmons of Coleman; 3 nephews and 2 nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Simmons; and sister-in-law, Jayne Simmons.
