Brownwood News – In session Monday morning, December 2, Brown County Commissioners gave approval to an Interlocal Agreement between Brown and Comal Counties to house Comal County inmates in the Brown County Jail.  Sheriff Vance Hill told Commissioners the rate is $45 per inmate per day.  New Braunfels is the county seat of Comal County.
