Brownwood News – Roy Parrack has announced that he is seeking Re-election to the office of Brown County Constable in Precinct 3. He has served as Brown County Constable since 2014. Roy retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety as a Sgt. Investigator in 2011, with an expertise in criminal investigations related to Motor Vehicle Theft, Heavy Equipment Theft, and Insurance Fraud. He has 44 years in Law Enforcement with 35 commissioned years for the State of Texas.

Roy is married to Charlotte and they have recently celebrated their 41st anniversary. They have three grown daughters and seven grandchildren, all of whom live in Brown County.
