“I am so excited to work with the BISD students, parents, staff, and community,” said Ms. Peter. “I am committed to the BISD tradition of excellence, and I look forward to partnering with all stakeholders of BISD to provide a rich and challenging learning environment, empowering students to maximize their unique potential to become lifelong learners, and the development of exceptional qualities that includes persistence, conscientiousness, self-control, curiosity, and self-confidence.”

“The students in Brownwood ISD are fortunate to have Ms. Peter join the BISD team,” stated Brownwood ISD Superintendent, Dr. Joe Young. “Her vast experience in serving students with special needs will make an impact on our district. She is focused on providing high quality experiences for our students through supporting our staff members and their programs.
