Brown Co. Commissioners Agenda for Monday Meeting

The Brown County Commissioners Court will meet at 9:00 am Monday, October 28, in Commissioner’s Courtroom in the Brown County Courthouse. The agenda is posted below.

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order
2. Prayer
3. Citizen Comments
(All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on October 6, 2014. Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately.)
4. Consideration and approval of minutes of October 21, 2019.
5. Consideration and approval of any Treasurer’s/ Auditor’s Report.
6. Consideration and approval of payment of any bills needed
7. Consideration and approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:
A. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
B. Mr. Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1- Consideration and possible approval an application to install private line on CR 208 by Conterra Networks;
C. Ann Krpoun, County Treasurer – Consideration and possible approval of an investment policy for Fiscal Year 2020
D. Ann Krpoun, County Treasurer – Presentation and acceptance of 2019 3rd Quarter Investment Report
E. Ann Krpoun, County Treasurer – Discussion regarding the status of county elected official salary increases for this fiscal year 2019-2020
F. Vance Hill, County Sheriff- Consideration and possible approval to purchase four equipped patrol vehicles
G. Vance Hill, County Sheriff- Presentation of jail report
H. James Masters, Brown County Veterans Service Officer – Consideration and possible approval of employee change
8. Adjournment
