Brownwood Police Blotter – Wednesday Edition

Brownwood News – The Brownwood Police department responded to the following calls for service recently.

On Monday, September 23, 2019 at approximately 13:03 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Looney St in reference to theft of service. The Officer arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant in regards to the incident. A report has been made.

On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, Officers responded to 211 E. Commerce in reference to a theft that occurred. After speaking to the owner of the business a report was generated.

On September 24, 2019 an Officer was dispatched to the Brownwood Law Enforcement Center in reference to identity theft. Upon arrival, I spoke to a male who advised me that his identity had been used to open accounts in different cities. A report was generated.

On September 24, 2019 I spoke to a male subject at the Brownwood Law Enforcement Center who wished to report a theft of a cooler on Melwood Avenue.  A report was generated.

On Monday, September 24, 2019 at approximately 13:24 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 2800 block of 4ht St in reference to an assault.  The Officer arrived on scene and spoke with the involved parties. A report has been made.

On 09/24/2019 at 18:38 hours, Brownwood police officers were dispatched to Belmeade St. in regards to a Domestic Disturbance. An arrest was made and a report has been generated.

On Monday, September 23, 2019 at approximately 22:34 hours, a Brownwood Police Officer was dispatched to the 1900 block of Duckhorn Drive in reference to a criminal mischief report. A report has been generated.
