John Robert Gudramovics, 37, of Early passed away on September 8, 2019.

A Memorial service is planned for Friday, September 20, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel, 303 Early blvd., Early, TX 76802 officiated by Pastor Eddie Ailshie.

John Robert Gudramovics was born John Coon on November 3, 1981 to Billie Millhollon and Patrick Coon.  John was later adopted by Robert Gudramovics and took the name John Robert Gudramovics.  He was often called “Coon dog” or “Coon” by his close friends.  John went to high school in Cedar Hill.  He worked as a carpenter doing frame work and finish work.  He loved making things beautiful and took great pleasure in his crown molding and detailed finished wood work.  John was interested in many things as a child and he always gave his all in everything he did.  He used to attend the skating rink in Cedar Hill and got involved in speed skating which led to skate boarding and his attention to sports, mainly baseball.  As he got older his love for horses and the rodeo grew stronger.  John was a championship competitor in Bull Riding during his high school years.  He had a lot of friends in the rodeo circuit and they used to break horses for fun and extra money in the Fort Worth area.  Not far from his roots was his love of fishing.  He carried his fishing pole in the back of his pick up so he was already to drown a worm.  John was never married and didn’t have children, but he loved the two most important women in his life, his mother and his grandmother.  He kept Geneva’s grass mowed and the trees pruned back like a professional and took pride in the work he done for them.

John is survived by his mother, Billie Ledsome and husband Gearold; father, Robert Gudramovics of Richmond; brother, Brian Gudramovics of Richmond; sister, Kristin Gudramovics of Miami, FL; grandmother, Geneva Millhollon of Early; aunt, Selina Faries and husband Glenn of Mesquite; cousins, Travis Faries and Ashlee Chaney of Mesquite; and many other cousins and close friends that will miss him dearly.

John was preceded in death by his Father, Patrick Coon; Papy, Truman Millhollon; uncle, Jeff Millhollon; and his grandmother and grandfather, Aaron & Betty Coon.
