Brownwood News – The Brown County Sheriff’s Department responded to the following calls for service in recent days.

On Saturday, September 7, at approximately 13:02, a Deputy was dispatched to the emergency room of Brownwood Regional Medical Center.  This was in reference to an ATV accident report and investigation.  The location was shown as Oak Point Subdivision.

On Monday, September 16, an S.O. Lieutenant was dispatched to County Road 234 in regards to a burglary of a building call.  The office building at Ingram Concrete had been burglarized.  A report was taken and there are no suspects to list.

On Monday, September 16, at approximately 17:31, a Deputy spoke with the complainant by phone.  This was in reference to a theft report and investigation.

On September 16, 2019 at approximately 21:52, a Deputy was dispatched to East U.S. Highway 377 in Brownwood.  This was in reference to a domestic disturbance.  After further investigation, a man was ultimately arrested for Assault Family Violence.
