Brown County Grand Jury Returns True-Bills

Brownwood News – The August session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned Forty-Five (45) True Bills against Thirty-Two (32) persons, according to District Attorney, Micheal Murray.

Kionte Squires – Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

Andrew de los Santos – Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

Andrew de los Santos – Evading Arrest

Adrian Renae Spencer – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Dustin Moise Thompson – Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child or Children

Florentino Steven Lucero, AKA Florentino Steven Lucero, Jr. – Aggravated Assault Against Public Servant – Deadly Weapon

Morry William Mood, AKA Morris William Mood, Jr. – Possession of a Controlled Substance Repeat Offender

Charles Kyle Nelson – Prohibited Substance and Items in Correctional Facility

McAndrew Merrand Terre Norman, AKA McAndrew Terrell Norman – Burglary of a Habitation

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-­billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
