Brown Co. Commissioners to Discuss Lifeguard Ambulance Performance and Contractual Obligations

Brownwood News – Brown County Commissioners will meet at 9:00 am Monday, July 8, in the Commissioner’s Courtroom on the 1st floor of the Brown County Courthouse.  The meeting agenda is posted below.

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order
2. Prayer
3. Citizen Comments
(Any resident of Brown County may speak before the court on any agenda item. Any topic to be addressed that is not on the agenda may be heard with the approval of a majority of the Court present. No presentation shall last longer than five minutes. All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on October 6, 2014. The court members may not respond to any speaker making a citizen comment. [Court members may not comment, ask or answer questions until an agenda item is introduced for consideration below.] Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately.)
4. Consideration and approval of minutes of June 24th & July 1st, 2019.
5. Consideration and Approval of Payment of any bills needed
6. Dr. Paul Lilly, County Judge – Discussion of performance and contractual obligations of Lifeguard
Ambulance Service.
7. Consideration and Approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:
A. Dr. Paul Lilly, County Judge – Budgeting new revenue from TrueCore lease;
B. Dr. Paul Lilly, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of authorization to renew lnterlocal Agreement between the West Central Texas Council of Governments’ Regional 9-1-1 Program and Brown County;
C. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
D. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval for application to install a private water line – CR 411 by Brookesmith SUD;
E. Larry Traweek, Commissioner Pct. 4 – Discussion and possible action regarding FEMA funding;
F. Ann Krpoun, County Treasurer- Presentation of Treasurer’s monthly report (span cj);
G. Jennifer Robison, County Auditor — Certification of new revenue from TrueCore lease (spon cj);
H. Jennifer Robison, County Auditor- Presentation of Auditor’s monthly report (spon cj);
I. Matt Krischke, Brown County Information Technology- Consideration and possible approval of computer purchases for the Sheriff’s Office
J. Scott Anderson, County Extension Agent and Nick Gonzales, County Extension Agent 4H – Consideration and possible approval of repairs to the Brown County 4H van (spon cj);
8. Adjournment
