Brownwood News – District Attorney, Micheal Murray says three felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Terry Ann Tate, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Nora Crawford Early, aka Nora Crawford, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Justin Lynn Weiershausen, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
