Alice Ramos

It is with great sadness that we announce Alice Ramos has lost her battle with cancer and has gone to be with Our Lord and Great Savior Jesus Christ. Alice was a native of Brownwood, Texas born May 31, 1948, and raised there.  She was the daughter of Daniel and Eulojia Ramos.  She was a 1967 Brownwood High School graduate. After high school she moved to Dallas where she married and had three children. Later in life, she moved to San Antonio and had three more children. She lived most of her adult life in many cities in West Texas but grounding herself in Abilene, Texas. She loved to play bingo, spend time with her family and grandkids and loved helping with the Good Samaritan Ministries of Brownwood.

She is proceeded in death by her parents- Daniel and Eulojia Ramos, sister-Mary Sauceda, brothers-Daniel Ramos Jr. and Steve Ramos. She is survived by sister-Margaret Hernandez, brothers-Robert Ramos, Anthony Ramos and Armando Ramos and her children-Irma Villarreal, Michael Barrera, Marquita Jasso, Jessika Salinas, Grace Flores and Denise Loeza. Alice has numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6 – 8 PM on Friday May 31, at Davis-Morris Funeral Home with rosary recited at 7 PM.  Funeral mass will be held at noon on Saturday, June 1, at St. Mary’s Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Father Njoku officiating.  Burial will follow in the Greenleaf Cemetery.
