The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce and Early Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Monday, November 19th for Snap To It Fitness.

Snap To It Fitness, features bungee fitness workout, a new trend in exercise. Bungee workouts are designed to tighten your tummy as well as plank exercises, squats, lunges, planks, push-ups and sprints while encouraging a fun workout environment. During the class, you wear a full waist harness attached to a bungee that is secured to the ceiling. The bungee pulls you up almost like an antigravity machine.

They are located at 101 Building A East Industrial, in Early.  They have 3 scheduled hour long classes at 8:30am, 11:30am and 5:30pm.  Download the Mobile App, MINDBODY for their fitness-schedule and to pay for classes.  The cost of classes is $10 per class, 6 classes for $50 or 10 classes for $75.

For more information or to schedule a group class, contact them at 325-430-8530 or visit them on Facebook.
