Brownwood News – Early Police Department reports released Tuesday, September 18, 2018. All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records. If charges are dismissed or the accused is found not guilty, people listed here can contact Brownwood News and provide us with documentation. September 17th

  • Medical Call / 1200 block of Eastwind. Lifeguard transported.
  • Domestic disturbance – 200 block of Early Boulevard – verbal, no violence
  • Weapons Offense / Mall parking lot. Located shell casing. No suspect information
  • Suspicious circumstances / 800 block of Early Boulevard – trailer with lights on at business. Checked area all secure, no one around
  • Suspicious person / 500 block of Longhorn. Caller stated someone pushed his trailer window shut. Checked the area, unable to locate anyone

September 16th

  • motorist assist / 1000 block of Early Boulevard
  • Theft / 900 block of Early Boulevard
  • Suspicious vehicle / 500 block of Early Boulevard – vehicle parked near business. no one around, all secure
  • Domestic disturbance / 130 Sudderth. Mother / son yelling and screaming. No physical violence. Son went to stay with friend

September 15th

  • Parking violations / 800 block of Old Comanche Road
  • Loitering / 900 block of Early Boulevard – males being unruly with customers. Subjects left before officer arrived
  • Fire call / 200 block of Northline Dr. small fire in back yard. Given a warning – city ordinance violation. Fire put out
  • Missing person / City park. Elderly lady missing. Located after short search of area
  • Disorderly conduct / 900 block of Early Boulevard – 2 males harassing customers. Subjects located and told to move on

September 14th

  • accident / 900 block of Early Boulevard – 2 vehicles,  no injuries. At fault driver issued citation
  • Domestic disturbance / 900 block of Early Boulevard – verbal argument, no violence. Settled by separation
  • Domestic Disturbance / 1000 block of Early Boulevard – verbal yelling and screaming in parking lot. Male Brandon Labelle arrested for Public Intoxication.
  • Parking violation / 800 block of Old Comanche Road. Citations issued
  • Domestic Disturbance / 900 block of Early Boulevard – verbal no violence. Settle by separation
  • Runaway / 130 Sudderth Dr. juvenile left the classroom and was runaway from school. Juvenile returned to school to parents and principal.

September 13th

  • Civil Disturbance / 100 block of Kings court. Options provided
  • Runaway / 130 Sudderth. Juvenile ran away from parents at ball game. Located at apartment on Sudderth.
  • Suspicious person / pedestrian stopped near business. everything checked ok

September 12th

  • stranded motorist / Early Blvd-Hwy 183 N. vehicle pushed out of road.
  • Dog running loose / 200 block of Hilcrest Dr. dog owner given 2 citations for Unvaccinated dog and dog running at large
  • Civil Matter / 1000 block of Early Boulevard – child custody issues. Options provided.
