Known for her achievements in the classroom, Kristi Sharpe is well-respected by her peers. She produces solid classroom results while developing positive relationships with her students. Her colleagues consider her patience and kindness, both inside and out of the classroom, her hallmark traits. Demonstrating her devotion to all students, Ms. Sharpe has recently begun the Middle School’s HOSA chapter, where she had three students successfully place in HOSA’s International competition this summer in what is the chapter’s first year of organization.

Brownwood ISD feels blessed to have teachers of the character and caliber of Kristi Sharpe in its ranks. Ms. Sharpe’s willingness to serve both her classroom students and HOSA members demonstrates her devotion to student success at Brownwood ISD.

The school district also named Stan Pachall as the September 2018 Spotlight staff member. A member of the Brownwood ISD Maintenance team, Mr. Pachall serves as the mail and supply staff for all campuses within the district. Prior to his time with Brownwood ISD, Stan was a Texas Highway Patrol officer and maintains his Certified Peace Officer designation.

Mr. Pachall’s generous countenance is known throughout Brownwood ISD. He consistently demonstrates a willingness to help any member of the BISD faculty or staff and does so with a cheerful and grateful attitude. It is not uncommon to hear Stan’s colleagues comment on his professionalism and ability to make the workplaces efficient and pleasant with his daily visits.

Brownwood ISD is pleased to honor Stan Pachall for his demonstration of teamwork and cooperation on a daily basis, proclaiming him to be a wonderful ambassador for Brownwood ISD both internally and externally.
