Funeral Services for Rosetta Webb Prewitt Rice, age 70, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, August  25, 2018 at the Mt Zion Baptist Church under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bangs Cemetery.  A wake will be held 6:00- 8:00 pm Friday at the church.   Mrs. Rice passed away Sunday, August 16, 2018 at her residences.  

Rosetta was born on February 23, 1948 in Memphis, Tennessee to Eddie Lee and Clara B. Crawley Webb. She was a retired Certified Nurses Aid and had attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church. 

Survivors include her husband Terry Rice of Brownwood; children Deborah Webb of Atlanta, Georgia and Oscar Webb of Brownwood; siblings Ressie Heffner Blair of Bangs, Texas, Claudia Person of Eads, Tennessee, Sheila Washington and husband Luriel of Austin, Texas, Sherwood Webb of Austin, Carl Webb of Bangs and Daryl Webb of Bangs.  Five grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
