Brownwood News – The Brownwood Lion Band Booster Club is offering local businesses the opportunity to join the Lion Band Business Backers program. Proceeds from this program will allow the Band Boosters to enrich the students’ band experience and enhance equipment for the BISD band program in grades 6-12th. Initial proceeds from this program will go toward the purchase of a new band trailer. Businesses that join will receive various advertising opportunities in return for their donations.

Membership and advertising will be for the 2018-2019 school year. If you have any question, contact any Brownwood Lion Band Booster officer for clarification. Deadline to participate in this year’s program is Friday, August 17, 2018.
Bronze $500
- Business name/logo will be put on a sign with other business backers and displayed at the concession stand at Gordon Wood Stadium at every event where the band concession stand is open (BHS & BMS football, track meets, soccer, etc.)
- Business name/logo will be put on a sign with other business backers and displayed at the band section of the stadium during BHS varsity football games.
- Business name/logo will be displayed with other business backers at all 2018-2019 BISD Band Concerts (“Meet the Band,” Christmas concert, & annual spring “Dinner and a Concert”).
- Framed photo of band will be provided for display at your business as a Brownwood Band Business Backer.
Silver $750 – Items 1 through 4, plus:
- Individual banner with business name/logo to be displayed at fall “Meet the Band” and spring “Dinner and a Concert.”
- Business name/logo will be put on the band trailer.
Gold $1000 – All Items Above, plus:
- Bandsman of the week sponsor: During one of the band halftime announcements at a BHS varsity football game, your business will be announced as the sponsor of the bandsman of the week.
- A photo of the student bandsman of the week will be taken in front of your business banner (with the business name/logo) and put on the band website.
- Your business name/logo will be advertised on a local billboard as a Brownwood Lion Band Business Backer.
