Grand Jury Returns 47 Indictments in July Session

Brownwood News – During the July 2018 session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned with the following True Bills were against 17 persons. If charges are dismissed or the accused is found not guilty, people listed here can contact Brownwood News and provide us with documentation. Your name and/or mug shot then will be removed from this site in 3-5 business days.

The indictments are as follows:

  • Fox Anthony Patrick Mendenhall – Possession Of A Controlled Substance
  • Dustin Aaron Hubbard – Burglary Of A Bullding, and Unauthorized Use Of A Vehicle
  • Ricky James Delarosa Injury To A Child, and Assault Family Violence – Occlusion
  • Daniel Raynaldo Lugo – Robbery
  • Leonard Augustine Morin, Jr. – Robbery
  • Jerry Mccain – Possession Of A Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Amy Beth Peel AKA Amy Beth Hailey – Possession Of A Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Damon Wayne Beard – Ct. I-VI Forgery
  • Leroy Pickens, Jr. – Assault Family Violence – Enhanced Repeat Offender
  • Richard Puentes – Driving While Intoxicated – Repeat Offender
  • Joseph Trey Martinez – Driving While Intoxicated – Repeat Offender
  • Megan Ann Cruz – Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence
  • Walter Daniel Tompkins – Assault Family Violence – Occlusion
  • Cody Joe Wills – Aggravated Assault
  • Austin Blake Carroll – Possession Of A Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Sydney Shy Ross – Possession Of A Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone, Abandoning Or Endangering A Child
  • Patricia Louise Saldana – Possession Of A Controlled Substance

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned. The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
